Software development
Web and mobile applications built to work on the connection people actually have — offline-capable, evidence-backed, and maintained after launch rather than handed over and forgotten.
Accra, Ghana · Software · AI · Accounting · Blockchain
Goshen Labs builds and maintains systems of record. Money moves, shifts change, members join, stock sells — and most of it gets remembered badly, in a notebook or a WhatsApp thread or somebody's head. We write it down properly, automate what should not need a person, and make sure there is something to point at afterwards.
Practice
A ledger is just a record you can trust. Books, databases, and chains are three ways of keeping one — and automation is what stops a person having to copy between them.
Web and mobile applications built to work on the connection people actually have — offline-capable, evidence-backed, and maintained after launch rather than handed over and forgotten.
The work that eats a week every month — reading documents, reconciling statements, chasing what has not been filed. We automate the routine and leave the judgement to your people.
Full accounting, inventory and financial reporting built on Odoo Community — configured to Ghanaian tax practice, migrated from whatever you keep records in now, hosted and supported.
Where a record has to be verifiable by people who do not trust each other — provenance, settlement, tokenised assets — we design and build on-chain systems, and say plainly when a database would serve you better.
Work
| Entry | What it does | Who it is for | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Circle Mobile · five apps | One account, five applications: a savings group, a marketplace with escrow, a trades directory, a parcel service, and a personal money and career space. | Ghanaians at home and their groups |
In development Get the app |
Ghanaian life already runs on circles — susu groups, church societies, family networks, the trader you always use. Circle gives each of those a place to live, with one sign-in across all five.

| Circle Management Services Web | An append-only ledger for goods and money sent home, where every movement carries photo evidence and projects report progress by milestone. | Diaspora Ghanaians and their agents |
In development Open app |
Diaspora Ghanaians ship goods home to be sold and send money home to build, through relatives they cannot supervise. Goods get sold with no accounting, building money disappears, photographs are staged. This makes the software the proof.
| ShiftSync Mobile | Photograph a paper duty roster and get the month scheduled without conflicts — swaps, leave, clock-in and payroll export included. | Hospitals, restaurants, shift-based teams |
In development Visit site |
Most rosters in Ghana are still drawn on paper and photocopied. ShiftSync reads the paper rather than demanding everyone abandon it, then holds the schedule to the rules that were always implicit.
| Church Management Web | Membership, attendance, giving and pastoral records in one place, with the reporting a church council actually asks for. | Churches and parachurch bodies |
In development Visit site |
Churches keep more records than most small businesses and usually keep them in three incompatible places. This consolidates them and produces the year-end reporting without a fortnight of collation.
| Hotel Management Web · offline-first | Front desk, folio and night audit for independent hotels — built so a double booking cannot be recorded and a paid folio cannot be quietly rewritten. | Independent hotels in West Africa |
In development Talk to us |
A property management system for hotels that do not have a reliable line to the internet or a budget for per-room licensing. The guest ledger is append-only: a void is a reversing entry, every charge names the person who made it, and the room-availability rule lives in the database rather than in a check the application might skip.
| School Management Web · admin, teacher, parent | Register, continuous assessment, report cards and fee collection for Ghanaian schools, on the GES curriculum and the BECE and WASSCE grading the school already uses. | Basic and secondary schools in Ghana |
In development Talk to us |
One application for the head teacher, the class teacher and the parent. Marks and money are append-only — a corrected score keeps the score it corrected, so a term's grades can be explained rather than only asserted. Score entry works with the network down and syncs afterwards.
| Refuse Mobile | Book a waste pickup or pay a monthly collection fee from a phone, and give the collector a job queue instead of a string of phone calls. | Households and small businesses in Accra |
In development Talk to us |
Waste collection in Ghana runs on phone calls and cash, which means nobody can prove a pickup was paid for or that it happened. Refuse puts the request, the payment and the completed collection in one record the household and the operator both see.

| ERP implementation Service | Accounting, inventory and financial reporting built on Odoo Community — installed, configured, hosted, backed up and supported. | Small and medium businesses |
Available Talk to us |
Odoo Community is free and open-source. It is also not ready, out of the box, to run a Ghanaian business. The work is in the setup — and in being there afterwards.
| AI Accountant Automation layer | An assistant sitting on top of the books that reads documents, drafts entries and answers questions about the accounts in plain language. | Existing ERP clients |
In development Talk to us |

Bookkeeping is mostly reading paper and typing it in again. That part does not need a person. Judgement does, and stays with your accountant.

On Odoo. Odoo Community is published by Odoo S.A. under an open-source licence. Goshen Labs is independent, with no partnership, affiliation or reseller relationship with them. We do not sell the software — it is free and you may download it yourself. We sell the implementation, hosting and support around it.
Approach
A record that cannot be checked is worth very little. Where it matters, our systems attach proof to the entry — a photograph, a receipt, a timestamp — and keep the history append-only, so what was written yesterday still reads the same today.
Mobile data here is neither free nor reliable. Our applications queue work offline and reconcile when the signal returns, rather than assuming a connection that is not there.
We build on open-source foundations where that is the right answer, and we will tell you when a database serves you better than a blockchain, or a spreadsheet better than either. Selling you the wrong thing costs us the next project.
Contact
A business that has outgrown its spreadsheets, a church that cannot say how many members it has, goods being sold three thousand miles from the person who owns them, or a month of manual work that should not need a person. Start there and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
